Current Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 2- 4 business days, but may take longer during periods of high demand. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Please allow up 15 days for delivery within Continental US and up to 20 days for International orders. At this time we can not ship replacements for "lost" shipments until 15 days after their original ship date. We have found that "lost" or "pending" orders are often just delayed. We apologize for any inconveniences. As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.
