Return/Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Please reach out within 5 days of delivery if any part of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged or missing items reported within 5 days of delivery will be immediately replaced. We will not offer refunds for lost or stolen orders that were confirmed to be delivered. In the event that an order never arrives we will file a claim with the shipping company and if they are unable to recover/deliver the original package we will send a replacement at no cost. This claim process could take up to 10 days or more.
In the event that you are unhappy with any of our products, we will accept returns for items that are still in new condition. Returns are also accepted for any product that has been shipped with defects in craftsmanship or materials.
Products that are damaged during shipment will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but generally they are exchanged with new products at no additional cost to the customer.
Products that have been painted, or show signs of installation (holes drilled, tape/ fasteners used) will not be accepted for returns under any circumstances.
Any product that is lost, stolen, or misplaced after the product is verified to have been delivered to the correct address by the shipping company - is the responsibility of the customer, and will not qualify for returns, replacements, or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist you by providing tracking information as well as the contact information of the shipping company that delivered your item(s).
We are not responsible for paint or installation errors.
All return/refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from when the package is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you wish to exchange your item with another item you must contact us to set up an exchange. If the exchange is the result of an error on our part, we will provide you with a return label, and ship the correct item after return shipment has been verified by the shipping company. If you ordered the wrong item, and need to exchange it with a different item, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs before we can send the different items.
RETURN SHIPPING
Once your return has been approved you will be responsible to arrange for return shipping and cover all associated costs. We recommend getting a tracking number and purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns can be sent to Quick Covers at 2248 229th Place Unit A, Ames IA 50014. Return labels are available for purchase at a discount upon request. All costs associated with return shipping are non-refundable. See prices below:
REFUND PROCESS
Any returned item(s) must be in new/original condition, as stated above. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the original purchase price of each returned item. Quick Covers and Underseat Drawers are eligible for refund of original shipping amount paid. All other items are not eligible for refund of original shipping. Refunds will not be issued to any person or account other than the one used for the original purchase. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days to process the refund and the funds to clear your account.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
Duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not reimburse for the cost of duties and fees if covers are returned/ refunded.
CANADIAN CURRENCY
Canadian exchange rate is calculated by Shopify. There is a 1.5% conversion fee added by Shopify to the cost of the product. This fee is paid to Shopify.
