Return/Refund Policy

In the event that you are unhappy with any of our products, we will accept returns for items that are still in new condition. Returns are also accepted for any product that has been shipped with defects in craftsmanship or materials.

Products that are damaged during shipment will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but generally they are exchanged with new products at no additional cost to the customer. 

Products that have been painted, or show signs of installation (holes drilled, tape/ fasteners used) will not be accepted for returns under any circumstances. 

Any product that is lost, stolen, or misplaced after the product is verified to have been delivered by the shipping company is the responsibility of the customer, and will not qualify for returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist you by providing tracking information as well as the contact information of the shipping company that delivered your item(s).

Our policy lasts 60 days from when the package is delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you wish to exchange your item with another item you must contact us to set up an exchange. If the exchange is the result of an error on our part, we will provide you with a return label, and ship the correct item after return shipment has been verified by the shipping company. If you ordered the wrong item, and need to exchange it with a different item, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs before we can send the different items.

RETURN SHIPPING 

Once your return has been approved you will be responsible to arrange for return shipping and cover all associated costs. We recommend getting a tracking number and purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns can be sent to Quick Covers at 2248 229th Place Unit A, Ames IA 50014. Return shipping is not refundable. Returns must be post marked before

REFUND PROCESS

Any returned item(s) must be in new/original condition, as stated above. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Refunds will not be issued to any person or account other than the one used for the original purchase. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days to process the refund and the funds to clear your account.
