They look great and a fairly easy installation
After much research between welding fix or quick covers I chose quick covers. I spent a week watching videos after they arrived. when I finally got up the nerve. I primed and painted then cut the rust out of my truck. I bought the installer kit also.
All in all it took me about 6 hours. My truck looks so good and I am glad I will not have to do it again in a few years. The only problem I would say was the drill bits. THEY ARE USELESS.
I needed these because the used truck I bought was rusting from the inside out. I cut all the rusted part of the rocker panel away which included all of the bottom part where water just sits. Now, with these plastic panels, I don’t have to worry about that. Everybody I show it to says they look nice.
The only compliant is that the drill bits that come with the package need to be cobalt steel. The drills that came with only last about 2 holes and then they were dull. The cobalt bits I bought at the store were used to do the rest of the holes for the rivets.
The fitment the finish was great, would definitely recommend!
