2009-2014 F-150 Crew | Cab Corner Kit | Includes cab corner covers for both sides.
Quick Covers are plastic slip-on rocker and cab corner covers that return your truck to its original appearance for thousands less than traditional rust repair! Our installation process involves removing and treating the corroded area to help prevent and slow down rust. Quick Covers slide over the original cab corner. They are attached with automotive grade double sided 3M tape and pop rivets.
Made of tough ABS plastic, Quick Covers are the only slip on rust panels that offer complete coverage. The low profile design makes the seam nearly invisible because it is tucked right into the factory body line. No welding required.
Quick Covers are available in two surface types;(select from drop down above)
Smooth- Smooth Quick Covers must be painted before installation to ensure UV protection. The smooth covers are ready to be cleaned, primed, and painted right out of the box. (*some surfaces are pre-sanded as a courtesy*)
Textured- The black textured finish resembles a spray on bed-liner. The textured covers have UV protective coating and are ready to install right out of the box.

Coverage Area-
Quick Covers offer the most coverage of any other slip-on products on the market. The cab corner section covers from from the top body line of the cab corner to the lower pinch weld of the rocker and wraps a few inches around the back of the cab corner. The cover comes into the rocker about 5 inches from the inner cab corner.

No other rust panel looks this good, without welding. (We've tested everything)
Most aftermarket accessories are easy to spot. They are designed to grab attention and act as a moving billboard for the brand. Quick Covers are different.
Quick Covers were invented in an auto body shop, and we asked our customers what they wanted, "Nothing flashy, I just want my truck to look new again".
In order to maintain a factory appearance the design is intentionally low profile. We don't even put a logo on our product. Why? Because... it's not a billboard, it's your truck. The end result is so subtle that it's nearly invisible because the seam is strategically tucked into the factory body line. After installation most people can't tell the difference from a rust free truck. This makes is difficult for our marketing team, because they are often accused of "photoshop" on social media when they post before and after photos. To good to be true? No, the photos are real, and they come directly from our customers who love their "new" trucks so much they can't help but share the results.
But good looks aren't enough. We wanted to provide a rust solution for everyone, so we made sure that Quick Covers can be installed in very little time with basic tools, no welder required.
Quick Covers are made of tough ABS plastic which will never rust. We're not the only company making plastic rust panels, but we are the only company that offers complete wraparound coverage of the entire cab corner, and a perfect fit.
Did we mention Quick Covers are made in the USA? Our manufacturing plant is located in Ames, Iowa where the people are nice, and a good reputation still means something.
Didn’t go with both rockers and cab corners because structural integrity but should’ve went with husky rocker panels

Easy, looks great, easy to install.
I bought the cab corner cover and the smooth starter kit. After painting per the instructions, it took about 1 1/2 hours per side to install. Looks great. I used the included instructions and watched the you tube videos on the website. The one item I would recommend is that after you cut away the rust and file down the sharp edges, test fit the quick cover several times to make sure you can put it exactly where it needs to go. When you spray the rust inhibitor and apply the heavy grease, you do not want to drag the quick cover on the greased surface. They give you plenty of adhesive tape so if you screw up placing it on the cover or when you are installing it, pull it off and redo it.

Very good product. Great fit on my 2011 F 150 and easy to install.
When left unchecked, rust is like an infection that spreads throughout a truck. This can lead to structural issues and giant holes requiring repairs in the thousands of dollars (that sticker shock may even be what led you here).
But you’ve made the right decision to act now.
Below, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about:
The type of results you can expect to see.
Why this solution was so difficult to make.
Where our quick covers are made (and who makes them).
Not For Everyone
We spent our hard earned money for an F-150, Silverado, Sierra, or Ram — not a rust bucket. We want our trucks to look damn good, just like the day we drove them off the lot.
Unfortunately, a lot of aftermarket products stick out like a sore thumb because they’re bulky and can’t be painted to match your truck’s color. It feels as if they were designed to be driving billboards for their brand.
When we designed our quick covers, we wanted them to fit seamlessly into the original design of your truck. It also needed to be receptive to paint so you could match it to your truck’s color.
This is why we’re called OAM — Original Appearance Manufacturing.
Here’s what you can expect to see:
For the cost of one monthly payment on a new truck, you can make your truck look brand new again.
But achieving results like this wasn’t easy…
We Were On Our Own
We tested various materials, from stainless steel to high density polyethylene (HDPE). Nothing was able to adequately combine durability with consistent appearance and formability. That is until we tried acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), a thermoplastic that’s already used in car interiors.
We tried finding a US manufacturer that could make our quick covers with this material, but what we discovered surprised us. None of them could do it while maintaining our specs and quality standards because the thermoforming industry was seriously outdated.
It seemed like companies figured out thermoforming in the 1990s1980s1970s, then never bothered to improve the technology since then.
With them, we were left with just a “good enough” part.
So we brought everything in house.
We hired engineers, purchased our own CNC machine, built our own thermoformer, and went all in to be the best small manufacturing company that we can be while having total control over our supply chain and quality.
Designed & Manufactured Right Here in the USA
By bringing everything in house, we were able to begin doing everything in America. This was an incredibly important decision for us, and for two good reasons:
#1 We want to support American jobs. 200,000+ jobs can be created in the US if everyone chooses to buy more American-made goods.
#2 We want to control every single step of the manufacturing process to ensure the highest possible quality. Our standards for quality are unmatched in this industry, and that’s not something we’re willing to budge on. Ever.
We could have chosen to outsource the manufacturing of our parts overseas. That certainly would have been cheaper.
We don’t know what everyone else is doing, but we felt it was our moral responsibility to support our home and deliver a top-end product. While it’s more expensive for us to do each step in the US, we think the quality and durability make it worth it.
We’ll Be Here When You’re Ready
In today’s world, there’s far too much pressure to buy now, act now. While you’re on our site, please don’t feel rushed. When you are ready, we look forward to making your truck look new again.
