Made of tough ABS plastic, Quick Covers are the only slip on rust panels that offer complete coverage. The low profile design makes the seam nearly invisible because it is tucked right into the factory body line. No welding required.

Had to cut up the piece to make it fit on my truck and still rubs like crap. Takes paint off right away from opening door. And sticks out 1/8 in from body line
Hi Douglas,
We discussed this via email. The fact that you had a fitment issue on only one side indicates there was an error in placement of the part or there was previous damage/repair/rust underneath it impeding its proper fitment. This should have been checked before paint and installation with a test-fit. You have installed many other sets of this same product for the same model and cab configuration with no issues. Our method of design and materials have not changed in that time. There was likely a deviation from the installation instructions or intended use. We offered a replacement set. From the photos, it seems like there may have been a prior repair made at the cab corner and/or a door hinge adjustment necessary. The circled area is meant to be covered by the Quick Covers, and does not need to be recessed for the door to close properly. If there was a previous repair made, or damage present, you'll need to remove more metal because the specifications are likely deviated from original specs. Quick Covers are designed to cover the surface of original metal. They are not necessarily going to be compatible over repaired sections if the specs are too far outside the original parameters.

Quick cover cab corners
The cab Corner covers I ordered fit perfectly and easily and look great on my truck!
When left unchecked, rust is like an infection that spreads throughout a truck. This can lead to structural issues and giant holes requiring repairs in the thousands of dollars (that sticker shock may even be what led you here).
But you’ve made the right decision to act now.
Below, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about:
The type of results you can expect to see.
Why this solution was so difficult to make.
Where our quick covers are made (and who makes them).
Not For Everyone
We spent our hard earned money for an F-150, Silverado, Sierra, or Ram — not a rust bucket. We want our trucks to look damn good, just like the day we drove them off the lot.
Unfortunately, a lot of aftermarket products stick out like a sore thumb because they’re bulky and can’t be painted to match your truck’s color. It feels as if they were designed to be driving billboards for their brand.
When we designed our quick covers, we wanted them to fit seamlessly into the original design of your truck. It also needed to be receptive to paint so you could match it to your truck’s color.
This is why we’re called OAM — Original Appearance Manufacturing.
Here’s what you can expect to see:
For the cost of one monthly payment on a new truck, you can make your truck look brand new again.
But achieving results like this wasn’t easy…
We Were On Our Own
We tested various materials, from stainless steel to high density polyethylene (HDPE). Nothing was able to adequately combine durability with consistent appearance and formability. That is until we tried acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), a thermoplastic that’s already used in car interiors.
We tried finding a US manufacturer that could make our quick covers with this material, but what we discovered surprised us. None of them could do it while maintaining our specs and quality standards because the thermoforming industry was seriously outdated.
It seemed like companies figured out thermoforming in the 1990s1980s1970s, then never bothered to improve the technology since then.
With them, we were left with just a “good enough” part.
So we brought everything in house.
We hired engineers, purchased our own CNC machine, built our own thermoformer, and went all in to be the best small manufacturing company that we can be while having total control over our supply chain and quality.
Designed & Manufactured Right Here in the USA
By bringing everything in house, we were able to begin doing everything in America. This was an incredibly important decision for us, and for two good reasons:
#1 We want to support American jobs. 200,000+ jobs can be created in the US if everyone chooses to buy more American-made goods.
#2 We want to control every single step of the manufacturing process to ensure the highest possible quality. Our standards for quality are unmatched in this industry, and that’s not something we’re willing to budge on. Ever.
We could have chosen to outsource the manufacturing of our parts overseas. That certainly would have been cheaper.
We don’t know what everyone else is doing, but we felt it was our moral responsibility to support our home and deliver a top-end product. While it’s more expensive for us to do each step in the US, we think the quality and durability make it worth it.
We’ll Be Here When You’re Ready
In today’s world, there’s far too much pressure to buy now, act now. While you’re on our site, please don’t feel rushed. When you are ready, we look forward to making your truck look new again.
